Operations & Communication

How would you best describe yourself?

I would describe myself as a very curious and lively person; I am very social and enjoy travelling very much. I think I am creative and spontaneous.

What does your role entail?

I began by handling the bookkeeping and accounting for the company back in 2017. Afterwards, I assisted in the creation and development of  MBC’s brand identity with Stephane; our goals and vision, our philosophy and how we want to express it. Now I help with digital communication designs, the website, as well as operational optimisation.

How long have you been with MBC and what originally attracted you to the company?

First of all, because it’s my father’s company and I thought it would be interesting to get involved, I think it’s great to participate in the family business! And also because both music and luxury hospitality are sectors I’m very fond of.

How long have you worked in the music/hospitality industry?

I started as a waitress in 2013 before studying and graduating at Vatel International Hospitality Management School, after which I worked in various 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.

What's your favourite thing about working for MBC?

I love the fact that every member of the team is genuinely passionate about music and about delivering a unique service. We love what we do and want to create the best possible experience for our clients and continuously develop the highest possible quality service

What instruments do you play?

I played the piano for many years, then, unfortunately, I stopped for a while but I started taking lessons again a couple of months ago. I love listening to music but my singing is better for my own ears only!

Do you have a favourite music genre?
I don’t actually. I have a very eclectic taste: I love classical music, such as Chopin or Bill Evans, old-school funk, Bossa Nova, instrumental Latin music, but also minimal house and a bit of pop music. I also love opera: Maria Callas mostly.

What did you want to be while growing up?

I’ve always dreamed of being a writer. Now I’m writing my first novel.
