How would you best describe yourself?
I would describe myself as creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable. I enjoy working in dynamic environments where I can learn quickly, collaborate with others, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What does your role entail?
My role involves supporting music projects through research, organization, and creative input. I help with tasks such as curating information and music, coordinating details, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
How long have you been with MBC and what originally attracted you to the company?
I joined MBC recently, and I was drawn to the company because of its international outlook and its focus on creativity, innovation, and music culture. I felt it was a great opportunity to grow while contributing to exciting projects.
How long have you worked in the music/hospitality industry?
I’m relatively new to the industry, but I bring experience from cultural and artistic projects that connect closely with music and creative production. I see this role as a valuable step in deepening that path.
What's your favourite thing about working for MBC?
I really appreciate the collaborative spirit and the opportunity to contribute to projects that connect music with people. It’s inspiring to be part of a team that values both creativity and professionalism.
Do you play an instrument?
I’ve played a variety of instruments over the years—mostly just for fun rather than professionally. The one I stuck with the longest was the guitar, though I don’t play anymore. Even so, I think that early connection with music really shaped my appreciation for the industry.
Do you have a favourite music genre?
It’s hard to pick just one, but I especially enjoy neo-soul, indie, alternative, and jazz. I love discovering how different genres reflect unique cultural contexts.
What did you want to be while growing up?
When I was younger, I wanted to be a visual artist. Creativity has always been a big part of who I am, and in many ways I’ve carried that forward into my work today.
